What is the best way to store my dogs’ treats?

The best way to store your treats is in the fridge or freezer, our treats and jerky are made without additives or preservatives. If your pup enjoys the “chew” or more crunch the freezer is best, if your pup has sensitive teeth or prefers less crunch the fridge is the way to go! Our treats are meant to be eaten but if you need lengthy preservation they are freezer friendly for up to 3 months.

Do you have a storefront?

All of our foods and treats are made in our home kitchen we do not have a storefront. However, we do pop-up at events around town and Farmers Markets Spring-Fall, so please check out our social media pages for where we will be in the RVA!

Something’s wrong with my product. What are my options?

Contact us! We strive to give you fresh wholesome treats for your dogs which means using fresh ingredients! Sometimes ingredients will spoil, if you store them correctly there shouldn’t be any issues, but…if something is wrong please take a photo of the product in question, and contact us for a replacement or refund.

Do you make special orders?

Of course we can! Our pup-cakes are customizable based on what your fur baby likes. Please e-mail us with any special request!
